I/We also declare that I/We have on intention to submit bankruptcy petition in the coming 12 months. • 1.Disclose, exchange all date and information contained herin together with particulars of my/our account(s) with the Company to and credit bureaus or agencies, banks, financial Institutions, debt collection agencies or any other information sources for consideration of this application
  向任何信貸資料機構、銀行、財務機構、收數公司或其他資料來源透露、交換本申請表內一切有關本人/吾等之資料及本人吾等於貴公司其他戶口之資料;

• 2.Access my/our credit date held by the credit reference agency and to obtain a credit report for consideration of this application and/or for further account review which include but not limited to my/our further loan application with the Company through telephone, internet, fax or whatever channels acceptable to the Company. I/We understand and agree that the Company may conduct such reviews to determine if my/our existing credit/loan amount should be increased or decreased or remained unchanged
  接觸有關信貸資料機構查閱本人/吾等之信貸記錄及索取有關報告以作此項貸款申請及其後貴公司作戶口審查之用，包括但不限於本人/吾等其後向貴公司以電話、網上、傳真或其他貴公司認可之途徑再次申請貸款。本人/吾等明白及同意貴公司可進行該等戶口審查，以判斷本人/吾等之信貸額應否曾加、減少或維持不變;

• 3.Approval or decline my/our application at its absolute discretion without stating any reasons and without returning to me/us the copyies of supportive documents for this application
  有絕對權力批核或拒絕本人/吾等之貸款申請而無須提出任何理由及無須退回有關申請文件之副本予本人/吾等;

• 4.Collect all date that are required to support this application and I/We have ben advised of my/our right to access, update or amend such date and information held by the Company or credit reference agency
  收集有關本人/吾等之資料以作本貸款申請之用及本人/吾等已獲貴公司通知本人/吾等可查閱及更正存於貴公司或信貸資料機構之個人資料;

• 5.Use the information provide above for marketing and product development purposes including but not limited to the exchange of information with any selected business partners; and
  使用本人/吾等有關資料以作貴公司日後產品推廣及發展之用，包括但不限於與指定之業務夥伴交換有關資料；及

• 6.Provide me from time to time with the marketing and product information from the Company through direct contact with me and/or access through any electronic means including but not limited to use of telephone calls, email, fax, SMS/MMS, pre-recorded/video messages.
  不時向本人/吾等提供有關貴公司產品推廣之資料，包括但不限於可直接聯絡本人/吾等及/或透過電子訊息包括以電話、電郵、傳真、短訊/多媒體短訊、預先錄製語音/視像訊息傳送至本人/吾等。
